Dr. Lashunda Reynolds
Dr. Lashunda Reynolds is a dedicated educator, scholar, and community leader serving as the Executive Director of Bridge Pointe Foundation, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in education, she has committed her life to empowering underserved communities and creating equitable access to post-secondary opportunities. Through her leadership, Bridge Pointe provides scholarships, mentorship, and critical resources that help students overcome barriers and achieve success.
Dr. Reynolds holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies Education from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction (specializing in Minority and Urban Education) from the University of Maryland College Park, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Marymount University. Her work is grounded in social justice, equity, and the belief that education is a powerful tool for transformation. She is known for building strong partnerships that expand scholarship access and amplify community impact. As a mentor and advocate, Dr. Reynolds inspires the next generation of leaders by combining academic support with holistic development. Her leadership has earned her numerous awards and honors for excellence in education and service. At Bridge Pointe, she is creating pathways to opportunity and cultivating a legacy of hope, access, and empowerment. Johnathan Hill
Deputy Director Johnathan Hill, an experienced social impact and policy strategist, leads Relativity's Justice for Change, a global initiative providing pro bono access to AI-powered technology for organizations tackling critical social justice issues. He oversees strategic partnerships, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and program innovation to close the justice gap through technology. Previously, he managed recruitment and placement for the Relativity Fellows program, building pathways into tech for underrepresented talent.
Johnathan holds a B.A. in Political Science from Morehouse College and an M.A. in Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy. He began his career at LinkedIn, where he generated $1.6M in revenue, managed a $6M small business portfolio, and supported the high school internship program. Both professionally and personally, Johnathan builds bridges—between people, purpose, and possibility. Whether mentoring emerging leaders, supporting HBCUs, or driving nonprofit partnerships, he channels his passion into action. Known for his voice, vision, and values-driven leadership, he believes true success is measured by how many others rise with you. He frequently speaks on the intersection of tech, equity, and justice at national conferences and forums. Johnathan also serves on advisory boards for youth leadership and civic engagement organizations.His work continues to open doors and dismantle barriers for the next generation of change makers.

Matthew Austin
Dr. Matthew Austin is a proud Washington, D.C. native whose journey reflects perseverance, purpose, and the impact of community support. A graduate of Hampton University and Notre Dame of Maryland School of Pharmacy, he now serves as a pharmacist in the Maryland-DC area. Against all odds, Matthew funded his college education by applying to over 40 scholarships, securing $55,000 to make his dreams a reality. His lived experience fuels his passion for helping students access the same life-changing opportunities that shaped his future.
As Director of Fundraising for Bridge Pointe Foundation, Inc., Matthew is committed to expanding scholarships and building strong networks of support for youth. He views his work as a way to give back to the mentors and educators who poured into him along the way. Through purposeful fundraising, he helps ensure that no student’s potential is limited by financial barriers. Matthew brings authenticity, drive, and a heart for service to his leadership role. He believes deeply in being a bridge for a child’s dream—just as his village was for him. His efforts continue to uplift, inspire, and transform lives through access and opportunity. Matthew also mentors aspiring health professionals, sharing insight from his own path to success. He is driven by the belief that when one student rises, entire communities are lifted. He actively partners with local schools and organizations to expand outreach and access. Whether in a white coat or at a scholarship gala, Matthew leads with purpose, passion, and pride.

Pamela Dunbar
Pamela Dunbar is a Senior Human Capital Consultant with the DC Department of Human Resources, where she has served since 2017. She supports government agencies by driving talent development and strategic workforce initiatives. Previously, she spent nearly nine years as Director of Operations at Curtis Lewis & Associates. Her career also includes experience in hospitality and group sales with Hilton Hotels and the Smithsonian Institution. She holds a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.Her expertise includes operations, personnel management, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to organizational excellence and service. In addition to her professional work, she has led community outreach initiatives across Washington, DC.
She has provided resources and financial assistance to underserved youth and families. Her work reflects a deep dedication to empowering individuals and strengthening communities.
Pamela is known for her collaborative spirit, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to build meaningful partnerships. She mentors emerging professionals and promotes workforce equity through inclusive practices. Her leadership style blends compassion with accountability, driving both people and performance forward. Pamela remains passionate about creating sustainable impact through both her career and community engagement. -
Kamren Rollins
As Interim Chief Operating Officer at Southeast Children's Fund, he oversees daily operations, financial strategy, HR, and program development. He brings deep expertise in partnership building, strategic planning, and community engagement to every role he holds. Kamren also serves as President of the Black Child Development Institute of D.C., leading efforts that center Black children through research, advocacy, and education. His leadership reflects a commitment to equity, empowerment, and the holistic development of youth. A skilled communicator and organizer, Kamren thrives at cultivating collaborations that fuel lasting impact. He joins Bridge Pointe Foundation as Director of Partnerships, eager to expand the network of support for future scholars. Kamren believes that collective effort is essential to closing opportunity gaps and uplifting communities. His passion for education, the arts, and youth development drives everything he does. With vision and heart, Kamren is building bridges that create strong communities. He regularly facilitates workshops on culturally responsive practices and nonprofit leadership. Kamren mentors emerging leaders, helping them turn passion into effective community action. His work continues to inspire a new generation of advocates, artists, and community leaders.

LaShay Wilkerson
A proud Washington, D.C. native, La Shay Wilkerson is a trailblazer who brings passion, purpose, and power to her new role as Director of Communications. In 2017, she made history as the youngest Athletic Director in the District of Columbia Interscholastic Athletic Association at just 25 years old. She began her journey at St. John’s University in Queens, NY, rising from student administrator to office manager under renowned sports broadcaster Coach Steve Lavin. La Shay later led fan engagement efforts at CUNYAC and earned a sports business certification from the University of Colorado Boulder. As a devoted member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., she embodies leadership, scholarship, and service in every endeavor. Her communication expertise spans digital, social, and live platforms, allowing her to build authentic connections across diverse communities. Recognized for her excellence, she was named the 2023 DCIAA Athletic Director of the Year and 2022 Washington Commanders Educator of the Year. She also received the prestigious 2022 Equitable Honoree Impact Award. Driven by a commitment to equity, access, and opportunity, La Shay uses sport and education as tools for empowerment. A dynamic and visionary leader, she is redefining the role of women in sports, education, and communications.
